When working with scientist we often hear how difficult a scientific career can be. How can you stay on track? Some struggle with the work/life balance or how to deal with unmotivated colleagues or competition. Others lose their way and want to regain the passion and joy they originally started with. Some question whether they would be happy at all by pursuing a scientific career. Or if they do, how to reach the top.
If you have these kind of issues, or other questions related to your personal development, which you can’t seem to answer just by yourself, it can be useful to talk to an independent coach.
As a coach, we can provide just the little help you need. In a comfortable and safe setting you can come to the heart of the matter, remove your restraints and reach the goal you have set. We believe that each human being is unique and therefore deserves unique attention. We do not tell you what to do, but ask penetrating questions so you can adapt your behaviour to become your true self and regain a feeling of happiness and fulfilment. We base our coaching on a variety of psychological models. Our core values in coaching are trust, connection, joy, autonomy, integrity, identity, and personal growth.
A coaching programme usually takes between 5 to 10 sessions over a timespan of 6 to 12 months. Our coaching programme is especially useful for established leaders who may feel ‘lonely at the top’, as well as others who want to take their life in their own hands.
